First to See History in Libya

CNN’s Ben Wedeman is the first television journalist to make it into Benghazi, a Libyan city now controlled by forces in opposition to Qaddafi’s tyrannical rule.  The pictures he’s captured are among the first to show the exuberance of protestors in that country, even under constant threat of violent brutality:

When the crowd lifts the man in the wheelchair above their heads so he can be on camera… wow.
